I am Peter and I live in The Netherlands. I have the heratable chronicle and deadly desease Cystic Fibrosis. In short this desease will destroy your lungs in due time. I am 36 already. The life expectancy of a person with CF is around 40. So 4 more years to go ;) In Februari 2017 I will iceskate the Alternative "Elfstedentocht" (Eleven city tour) in Austria on the Weissensee. This tour is huge, enormous. Its 200KM through icy winds, cracks in the ice which will make me fall down more than once. I do this to raise money for research that battle this horrible desease CF. Children die around the world because they cant breath anymore. Adults die while their children have a hard time remeber who their loving father or mother was because they died so early in their lives. I refuse to live and stand by / do nothing. Although I have CF myself I am still trying to make the tour in 12 hours straight. My lungs are far from optimal but my perseverance is 200%.
